  • Lorraine is an excellent personal trainer. She got me into shape for my wedding, we would either train on the town moor or at my home. Sessions were fun, always different and gradually got harder as my fitness improved. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs PT in the area.

  • I had been training for a few months and thought I was doing well. Lorraine shows me how to how high intensity training works and it pushes me far beyond what I had believed possible.   • I can highly recommend Lorraine – I’ve been training with her for 3 months and can really feel the difference in my strength and stamina.
