I’m a Heart-Centered Transformational Life Coach, Energy Alchemist, and Visionary who guides individuals to reveal their authentic nature and express their greatest potential to create the Life of their Dreams. I have a PhD in Psychology, focused on understanding the Mind-Brain connection. I’m a Reiki Master/Teacher, trained in the lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui, founder of the modern day practice of Reiki as a path to Spiritual Enlightenment. I’m also a Shamanic Practitioner, trained in the lineage of the Q’ero Wisdom Keepers – the Shamans – of the Sacred Valley in Peru. I take a multi-modal approach, combining my graduate education, spiritual trainings, and personal life experiences, to help individuals move from stuck to unstoppable – releasing their past traumas and limiting beliefs, expressing their authentic soul purpose, stepping into their full potential, and experiencing their greatest JOY!
