What can I say about pyramid performance!! Only to say if you are looking for a gym... This gym is AMAZING! from someone who was completely intimated by gyms.. Now I love training and being in this environment !! All the coaches have your best interests at heart - even if your not their client! I have been working with James for nearly 2 years, and it's the best decision I made at investing in myself!! I genuinely could not imagine training anywhere else.

The friendliest gym I’ve ever stepped in to. Been coming here now for 5/6 months to see Matt. The best PT I’ve ever trained with. The gym is really friendly and for someone who previously got intimidated by gyms this one is by far the most comfortable environment.

This is the best gym I have ever trained at. I have been training now on and off for 15 years. Played rugby at a high level and had access to some great facilities in my time. Spent over £1k on personal training and didn’t lose a pound. No air conditioning or fans so totally unusable during summer. Spent an additional £110 to finish my contract early as I was moving to care for my disabled foster child. Have now received a number of emails and texts to tell me I’m in arrears but no one replies to voicemails, texts or emails. They were pretty quick to ask for the £110 though!
