Lyn and her team are amazing !They are knowledgeable and caring . They offer classes to suit all fitness levels , and are reasonably priced. The studio is modern and fully equipped and there is ample parking onsite. Lyn has worked hard to make the studio covid secure and all the recommended health and safety protocols have been implemented. I would never go anywhwre else!
