  • Glenn is absolute the best trainer ever! He is super professional, fun, and progressively help me to plan and design everything from the beginning, gradually. I feel this is super personal from diet, training plan, homework, cheat meal and almost everything until we transform the whole body as expected. Over the course of several months, he helped me to significantly improve my training, and I know feel much more comfortable going to the gym and following my training plan.
