  • Paul’s classes are fun and I look forward to them every week - he’s always pushing everyone to their best. Going up and down stairs the day after is a challenge!

  • I have been training with Paul for quite a few years now and I honestly cannot recommend him enough. He is great to work with, he always manages to keep me motivated and engaged in the session. Paul constantly updates what workouts we are doing to match my fitness goals. If your looking for a person trainer give it a go, you won’t regret it. Super friendly and easy ...

A couple of month pass and my fitness level has increased, so i wan...
