  • I'm on my way to meet Alia now, I'm so looking forward to it. Her cheerful personality is infectious. Although I've worked out for years I've not worked with weights, I've learnt so much from her and can see changes in my body in a small amount of time. If you are looking for help and support with your fitness journey, this is the place and these are the people you need.

  • I’ve trained with Alia on and off for around two years now, and continue to really enjoy our sessions. For me it’s about being healthy and continuing to improve; she pushes me where I need whilst also (somewhat begrudgingly) accepting that I LOVE my food so will never be totally buff 😂 Given that there are only two trainers, you get to know the regulars and make a few friends along the way :) The studio is small but has everything you need.

  • Alia is a superb personal trainer! She's very attentive and encouraging, and her workouts are really creative so they never get boring! I have a chronic bone condition in my arm, and never thought I'd be able to incorporate upper body workouts into my regime, but now I can do weekly exercises :)
