Very efficient and highly knowledgeable staff. Very supportive and caring towards everyone. They helped me improve my confidence and helped me gain lots of opportunities and I am now on an apprenticeship course thanks to them. Would definitely recommend.

The support here is very inconsistent, they present good opportunities but they do not support you once you leave the building! you have to chase up on opportunities that they are supposed to keep you updated on and it takes as long as 3 weeks to hear back! Don't waste your time trying to build a career through this company 🙄

After moving to Protocol from my previous training provider who went out of service as I passed my level two apprenticeship.
