We used Promet for a course on using the defibrillator. The course was easy to understand, the teacher was engaging, clear and friendly and concise. Everyone on the course agreed that it had given them the confidence to use the machine in an emergency, whereas they may have not confident enough beforehand.

I attended a first aid at work three day course with Promet in July. The trainer was friendly, approachable and very knowledgeable. He made a lot of effort to get everyone to join in and the course was interactive and fun. I learnt a lot and, most importantly, feel that I have the confidence to use my new first aid skills if I ever need to. Best course I have been on. Thanks!
