  • I have been training with Chris since the end of the first COVID lockdown when I was feeling in poor shape. Chris focusses on strength training and I feel in better condition now than I did when I was young. He’s great to work with and I intend to keep going and keep improving!

  • I’ve been training with Chris at Project U for nearly 4 years and I absolutely love it! I can go into a session feeling grumpy and unmotivated, but an hour of training with Chris and it’s completely the reverse. It’s such fun and we have a real laugh, despite pushing some serious weight. I can’t recommend Project U highly enough 💪🏻🏋️‍♀️
