One star is not even deserved. I am absolutely disappointed. The start of my time was okay, but since then i have had roughly 6 tutors coming and going. Each time a tutor leaves it makes me fall behind on my studies. They email me saying someone new will get in touch but never did. I have just been told that they are not going to come to any functional skills visits as they have gone into administration. Absolutely Terrible , I have been on 3 different course 1st was wrong and 2nd course I was told just before I was about to complete my course that It was the wrong one again, I then had to fight to be put on the right one which took 5 months for me to be on the right course I have had over 7 Tutors who out of all of them 5 had left I then had to wait just under 2 months for a new one. Done two qualifications with Progress to Excellence and the staff were really helpful and helped me progress not only on my qualification but skills i have learnt have helped me within my work place. Within my first qualification I completed Functional Skills English and ICT and passed both within 3 months which was a relief. They have some brilliant tutors.

Been studying my management apprenticeship with Progress to Excellence for a few months now and couldn't be enjoying my course more. The tutor is knowledgeable and helpful and the pace of the course suits my lifestyle and fits in around my job. Great way to earn an extra qualification whilst working :-)
