Had a great 2 hour intro session for me and our son (aged 9) at Caswell Bay in Aug 2022. The session was well structured - warm-ups, stretches, basic technique, moving on to try standing up, with lots of time in the water (with appropriate encouragement/support/advice from instructors in the water). Had a really good couple of days with Rhys and the team. Great instruction from Rhys for family of four (girl 10 and boy 8). We're all different levels and we were all happy. Definitely coming back to Gower

Absolutely top day today with Progress Surf School! Rhys was so helpful and encouraging throughout our lesson and made us feel so at ease - would recommend for anyone looking to learn to surf!

Our two teenagers had a great couple of sessions learning to surf from scratch here. Jamie was kind, patient, encouraging and very professional. The kids felt very safe and were given a thorough and clear briefing and shown great technique. The younger two kids in the group too were very well looked after. Very reasonably priced sessions too. Would highly recommend them to all ages. It really made our trip. Thank you Jamie!
