After working in my job role for 13 years I wasn't overly pleased about being told I had to go on a training course, Nick- the trainer who is extremely good at his job made us all feel so welcome and relaxed. The day was not what I expected at all he made it feel like we was just all there to have a relaxed chat but learn something new along the way! Nick made the entire 4 day course an incredibly enjoyable experience that has been extremely helpful and has already made an impact on my ability in a very positive way already. The course was tailored exactly to our business type and went through every part of it that would be worth mentioning. With a step-by-step booklet with precise quotations and lines to use in a real life situation, the process has changed my way of approaching a sales situation in full.
