  • I have been going to Pro Fitness for about 10 months now. What a difference I have seen in myself, my fitness has exceeded, feel stronger, healthier and have pushed myself outside of my comfort zone, used gym equipment I had never used before, shown how to use it correctly and safely.   • I have been going to Pro Fitness since last April and I couldn’t recommend them enough. I have tried so many gyms/fitness regimes over the years and nothing has stuck as well as their classes have. It is so much more than a gym, it’s also a community and everyone is really friendly and looks out for each other.   • Excellent place to train with great people! Michael and Louise at pro fitness were a massive help for me last year the gym is friendly well equipped and between them both they have a wealth of fitness and well being knowledge.
