My road bike was in a less than ideal condition when I took it down to Rob. I collected it a week later and it looks like a brand new bike. Excellent customer service and I would highly recommend.

I can't leave a high enough review - Pro Cycle Centre were brilliant. We had a mechanical failure on the way to Paddington Station and weren't getting in to Newton Abbot until closing time. We phoned from the train and they stayed open for us, took in the bike. We got the bike back on the next working day with a replaced rear wheel for a *very* reasonable price. Took my bike in for repair with a snapped gear cable clogging up the shifter, was thinking the worst (A new shifter). Rob managed to dismantle it and remove the discarded cable and restore the mechanism to its former glory. Fit new inner and outer cables and the bike felt crisp and new again. I was only without the bike for half a day and well worth the cost of the repair and even had the Bike back ready for my next commute to work.
