The Club was founded by an Oxford University Education department graduate in order to apply the latest teaching theory and methods to private tuition practice in London and internationally. With a solid background in education studies at King’s College London and Oxford University, our founder is driven by dedication to engaging the modern learner in an ever-changing digital era and training pupils to master the new skills required to thrive in academia, business and professional development, over the next decade. An avid researcher, our Founder has conducted various studies in the field of education while at Oxford on topics such as pupil motivation, the effects of ability setting in UK schools, the role of listening tasks in the modern foreign language classroom, in addition to an ethnographic project in the South of France exploring the characteristics of intergenerational differences.
