Ben has a very keen eye to spot bike fitting issues, to identify ways of solving them, and to put the solutions into practice quickly. In my case this not only led to a significant increase in performance (a double digit increase in FTP practically overnight) but Ben did it with a high degree of professionalism and courtesy and made me feel at ease during the fit process. Thoroughly recommended.

I visited primo for a saddle fit. I wish I had done this years ago. A great welcome from the minute I walked through the door. Firstly various adjustments were made to the bike before jumping on for the saddle work. After a few minutes a few suggestions of new saddles were tried. Absolutely amazing service from PRIMO cycles. Left work one day (just around the corner from PRIMO) to find I had a flat tyre and was in a massive rush to get to my daughter's school for parents evening. The chap who served me was extremely quick in changing the tyre for me, and when he overheard me on the phone saying that I was worried I would be late to the school but that I couldn't go there directly because I didn't have a bike lock with me, he even brought out one of their bike locks to...

I've been here a few times over the last few years as I have a fairly old bike. The team has always been helpful, polite and prompt. The problem and solution is always explained and the pricing is good. If I have any problems I won't hesitate to go back.
