  • Dean is very knowledgeable on nutrition and fitness. He doesn't just give you a one fits all diet plan but actually teaches you about different foods and how they effect the body. The fitness/training is also tailored to your needs which could be gentle exercise or something that challenges you. Alot of personal trainers just treat you the same as every other client but with Dean you will actually learn to apply things when your on your own.
