I’ve been working with Michael for 10 months now, and I’m writing this review on the day I reached my weight loss goal. I’ve lost 26 kilos, going from 102 kilos down to 76. trained with Michael for about two years working on general fitness and flexibility with a view to keeping weight off and strength up as I move into "more senior years" . Training is always different and interesting with a variety of schedules put together to achieve goals. Michael is encouraging and manages to get you to go places your mind says is not possible!

I started my fitness journey from a state of no exercise and bad food for close to 5 years. Michael started me off slowly and I'm now at the gym twice a week with a dedicated workout for each visit. Michael is a great personal trainer and I would recommend him to anyone.

Michael is an amazing trainer! From hating any type of exercise (& using any excuse to not do any) I actually now look forward to my sessions! Although I have a long way to go on my journey I feel fitter & stronger than ever.
