  • We love going to Pride! Fantastic and experienced coaches that will support you no matter what level you are at. I couldn't even do a squat - my kids found it hilarious. We had family PT sessions and now we attend weightlifting clubs individually. I find it really beneficial for my main sport which is volleyball but it's not only enhancing my performance but mainly my confidence. I can only recommend Pride Performance, it's not only a gym but amazing community.

  • Both my children attend Pride and they love it. They always leave smiling and 'buzzing'. Both Heather and Andy are friendly and professional and clearly care about the people they coach. Totally recommend Pride for quality coaching at a reasonable price.

I've lost a stone so far and I have gained confidence in the gym. I highly recommend Pride Performance :)

Looking forward to a fitter and stronger 2019

Pride is small enough to have a deeply personal touch - Andy and Heather know you; they know what you are good at and what you need to do to develop further, but it is big enough t...
