Highly recommended! Last Thursday (18th August) I booked for the half day ride. To ride the Preseli Hills was a dream of mine - to see standing stones from horseback and the amazing views. However the weather was totally against us on the day! The rain and clouds came down and it was a proper Welsh wet weather day! Myself and my family had a fantastic session with Anita and the others here at Ashvale. We did the one hour introduction to riding and it was really good fun, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and the horses were gorgeous and we got the warmest welcome from Little Ginger the cat on arrival. Beautiful place too! When I’ve lost a stone we’ll be back for the two hour trek! Highly recommended!

We had a great time here 🙂 Julia rode out on Honey and loved it. The location was an excellent base for touring around, Cardigan, Newport, Fishguard, St David's, Pembroke, Tenby, Saundersfoot, Pendine and Laugharne. The best food was a dead heat but just nicked by Ultracomida in High St, Narberth over the community pub at Tafarn Sinc in Rosebush. Our hosts Charlie & Anita were exceptional and we'll be back again for more!
