  • Glad I found this place. If you struggle going to the gym this is the place to go. I always feel motivated to attend the classes as you are not only getting fitter but also having fun. Thomas is very encouraging and he finds exercises that are good and fun. There is an incredible team spirit and people are welcoming and fun. Only think that gets me up early on a weekend!

  • Tom's sessions are a really great way to get fit. They challenge you to try to get faster, fitter, and stronger all the time. They are always changing and never boring!

  • Amazing. Friendly atmosphere and you can do it at your own speed. It's perfect for me as I'm 26 and have never seen inside of a gym. I enjoy the boot camp and clubbercise. Best thing i have ever get involved with, highly recommend

  • I've been working with Tom for a couple of months now having personal training sessions. Tom is encouraging, motivating, understands the 'real' world and doesn't judge you ! He makes training fun, even if I moan at him for working me hard ! I'm looking forward to challenging Gemma and trying the new classes and see if she can help with my lack of coordination !!!
