  • I attended yoga classes with Rachel throughout my pregnancy and would highly recommend them! The classes are very friendly and I used to look forward to them on a Saturday morning. The classes focus on both movement and relaxation and helped keep me active until 41 weeks pregnant. Rachel is very knowledgeable and supportive and made adaptations to suit the whole group.

  • I attended weekly pregnancy yoga classes with Rachel from 15 weeks onwards. I loved the time out from a busy life to connect in with my growing bump. Rachel teaches gentle yoga moves which really helped in early labour to change positions. The pregnancy yoga was a great combination with hypnobirthing to practice gentle breathing and relaxation techniques.
