  • I've been training with Sam for more than three years. I prefer Praxi to a corporate gym where we used to have sessions. Sam and Rhys are super nice. Friendly atmosphere and it almost feels like a private gym. Not intimidated by other gym goers who throw heavy dumbbells and weights around you. I started having PT sessions in order to prevent osteoporosis and it's definitely working. Highly recommend!

  • Sam and Rhys are lovely people - my wife and I went with them from Virgin Active to their new premises. The new gym has a friendly and fun atmosphere, with great facilities. The PT sessions are carefully tailored and have made a huge difference to my fitness. Thoroughly recommend!
