  • I've been going to Pram Fit for a month and a half, and I really enjoy it. I was a gym class fan before the pandemic, but I didn't think I'd feel comfortable going back yet especially with a baby in tow...the fact that the class is outside and that it's so baby friendly (there's always time to feed or soothe the baby!) makes me really happy to have found it.   • I'm currently entering week 14 of Pram Fit and I love it. My fitness, strength and nutrition has improved massively (I've lost weight and inches to 💪). All thanks to Sarah the PT she is amazing!! Really enjoy be able to workout outside and have baby with me (don't have to worry about childcare). I would highly recommend 😀

  • I joined Pram-Fit 5 months after giving birth to my first baby. I was pretty nervous starting exercising after pregnancy but Sarah encouraged me every step of the way. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has always been so supportive. It’s great being able to bring the babies along and meet other mums while getting fit. I cannot recommend these classes enough!
