I had a horrible experience here - brand new to a class and I got totally ignored with zero assistance or follow up. The very attractive blonde lady next to me who was also new got lots of assistance and a full break down following the class. Not a nice experience unfortunately

Be careful before you commit yourself to any service/membership with POWMAK, as they might not deliver the service you signed up to and paid for. I purchased the studio’s most expensive annual membership and paid for it in full upfront. POWMAK advertised this as an UNLIMITED FULL membership which means all classes can be used for an unlimited amount of times and in particular the Reformer classes which are 55 minutes long and run 7 days a week. Brilliant studio with amazing staff and great facilities. Loads of classes as well, I never have a problem getting in. They've been great at supporting me through a back injury and now I'm strong and pain-free. Thoroughly recommend. Professional, friendly & knowledgable.
