  • I've just completed my 6 week challenge. I felt nervous and apprehensive at the idea of joining a gym.....I certainly didn't need to be. I have felt very supported and encouraged over the last 6 weeks and have decided to carry on at Powerhouse Gym. The range and various timings of the classes really suited me, allowing me to fit the 45 minute sessions around family and working life. Thank you to the team for their support.

  • I’ve just completed my 6 week challenge. Chuffed with my results and would highly recommend to anyone who wants a springboard into better balance. Great support and guidance on nutrition means for the first time I feel like I have a sustainable way to eat without feeling like I’m making huge sacrifices. The sessions are immense.   • We joined up a month before Christmas to try and instill some better habits for festive damage control! All of the coaches are so friendly and welcoming and we receive personal support and encouragement from our own dedicated coach. The community is great, everyone supports each other and we are very happy to be a part of it.
