Andrew Sercombe is one of the worst coaches I've had the nightmare of meeting. He has a lack of class and I've been a personal witness to him belittling other around him in order to boost his own sense of self worth. If that's the type of coach you're looking to work with then go for it. I will however be letting everyone I know not to touch this man with a bargepole.
