She is encouraging, energetic and understanding and always pushes you to perform whilst taking into account any fears or limitations you may have (injuries etc). Whether you’re a total beginner and are nervous about how to get started or a seasoned weightlifter, Sheri is an ultra professional who will help you on your journey!
