  • Jamie is genuinely the BEST personal trainer I have ever come across. He is SO motivational and really pushes you to reach your full potential. I never previously enjoyed working out with a PT but he is engaging, professional and so friendly. I never once felt any judgement working with him and you can really tell he’s experienced and passionate about what he does! If you’re looking for a trainer who will help you reach your goals and actually enjoy yourself, I truly couldn’t recommend him more!

  • I would highly recommend Jamie and positive mind PT to anyone who wants a tailored program that integrates the physical with the mental. Each session is creative and challenging and even with having injuries and needing to adapt, the progress with a debilitating knee issue I have had has been incredible. Jamie has a genuine passion to help others reach their potential and he makes the workouts so much fun while kicking butt. His knowledge and approach to training is inspiring.

  • Highly recommend Jamie as a PT. He is good at challenging you to push yourself whilst using positive motivation to ensure you always get the most out of every session. Jamie takes the time to ensure each exercise is being performed correctly and that technique is not compromised. He is professional and concentrates 100% on your development, both in your lessons and for advice and help when you need it.
