  • Debra is hands down one of the best Personal Trainers! I’ve made such great progress since starting with her 6 months ago. She has kept me focused and pushes me harder each week. Highly recommended - tremendous amount of value for the service she provides.

  • I had PT sessions with Debra twice a week for almost a year and I enjoyed every session. I was unable to exercise while I was pregnant and did very minimal exercise for two years after, but Debs really got me into shape. We worked on cardio and toning and I really saw a great improvement in my fitness level. She really catered for my individual/ specific needs and I can't recommend Debra highly enough!

  • Debbie was a fantastic personal trainer. Having just had my third child I was keen to get my fitness back during my maternity leave and Debbie worked on both cardio and core strengthening in just the right way - she was able to cater for me in an amazing way and has helped to transform my body in the short time we’ve worked together. I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!

  • After being less active than usual during lockdown I decided to up my exercise. I have now done a few zoom sessions with Debra and am really enjoying them. Debra is very professional and kind explaining everything very well, if something is too hard she always has an alternative. Would highly recommend!

  • Had a fab first workout this morning with my PT Debra at Positive Fitness. Was feeling nervous at first but she soon put me at ease and our time together went too quick. She put me through my paces and by the end of the session, I felt that she had really pushed me. Debra really knows her stuff and I am looking forward to our next session together next week!
