Nichala has 25 years of experience working in primary and secondary education; in both mainstream and specialist settings. She has been an Assistant Headteacher, Headteacher and led two Specialist Outreach Services. Nichala works closely with school staff and leadership teams to understand the Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs of pupils. She also supports pupil and staff wellbeing through tailored CPD and whole school support packages.
