Ponteland Golf Club

I was there for a private function and the staff were very good.

Lovely golf course in beautiful surroundings, spoilt by I being told that poisons had been used in the wooded, public walking area, especially as some walkers have dogs.

Played there in the record breaking heat last week🥵, the course was in excellent condition, fairways and greens in great condition, greens running fast. Generous landing areas of the tee's, well place bunkers to catch stray shots, but once on the green, they're very undulating, tricky, wrong side and 3 putting is easy, maybe 4! Would return and defo recommend 👍

A great, flat & very pretty parkland golf course for players of all ages and abilities. At 6600 yards from the back tees, it's always in good condition and with some of the finest & fastest greens in the UK. Lovely traditional style clubhouse with nice food & good service. Played in the Seniors Open today. Just have to mention how very organised the event was. P. S. Always good to see businesses reply to customer reviews. Thank you.

Except golf course that should be on everyone's list to play..... Thoroughly recommend playing Ponteland👍
