Polegate Equestrian Centre

My wife and I had a beginner lesson and went 'hacking' as an early valentine's day activity. Our instructor was lovely, encouraging, and even offered to take photos of us to mark the occasion. Would definitely recommend and we will probably go for more lessons

We went on a group pub ride with 4 inexperienced riders, 1 having never been on a horse before. The young ladies at the yard were so helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. We can only apologise for the hundreds of questions we fired at them along the way. Fran led the group really well and ensured we felt comfortable when one of the horses got excited. Both of my children have ridden here and are the ages of 2 years old and 6 years old. We come on different days of the week and all the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble even when my son had doubts to get on, they were very calm and patient with him and he then rode. Excellent to see such a hands on owner around the yard. All round amazing place and would highly recommend!!

I Highly recommend polegate equestrian centre my daughter and I both ride here and the staff are always friendly and professional. Our lessons are always brilliant and the hacks are always so much fun ! They also cater for disabilities and take the time to understand the individual needs of each client which is rare to find.
