  • Sean's PT sessions are fantastic. Every session is different and we do varied exercises. Sean has great knowledge and makes the sessions fun. I can only do one session a week but would love to do more. Have made lots of new friends, highly recommend Point One.

  • Sean is an amazing PT. He is so patient and kind and makes exercise fun. Every week he comes up with something new to put us through our paces. If you want to get fit and laugh (and sometimes cry!) along the way, come and join one of Sean’s bootcamps. We are a friendly bunch. Believe me, you won’t regret it.

  • Sean is a great Personal Trainer. I started with him planning to have sessions for a couple of months, but have continued for an extended period. We talk about my goals regularly and each session is individually tailored for me. I feel challenged in each session and have seen a considerable improvement in what I can achieve and perhaps most importantly how I look. I'd thoroughly recommend him if you're thinking about getting some tailored training to help you achieve your fitness goals!

  • The sessions are great and informative. Sean has great knowledge and explains the reasons for doing a particular workout. He is a good motivator and pushes you. Not only are you getting fitter but you’re also learning which is great. Also, with his outdoor sessions it a great experience, he’s happy to be there no matter the weather! It is different than being in a gym. I’ve seen my fitness improve and no doubt I’ll be reaching my goal soon. Highly recommend!
