  • I really, really love Pod Fitness. I arrived three years ago, overweight and not having done any exercise since school. From the first session I felt understood and supported and not judged and I can't stress enough how bespoke it is. In every small group session, five people of all ages and fitness levels are given exercise levels that are right for them.   • I've just completed another 6.30 am class and really enjoy getting up and out, ready for the day. As I have my own entrepreneurial business and frequently work by myself, I appreciate Bianca's ethos of small friendly groups so there's some interaction with the others. Touching on the need for good mental health and balance not just good physical health :). A key element for me that's missing from the comparatively anonymous gym or large group classes.   • I can't recommend Pod Fitness enough - Bianca and her team have changed my life. From feeling physically wrecked and finding it hard picking up my kids' toys from the floor, I now have more strength, energy and am standing straighter. Each session is different which keeps up the challenge and interest; exercising outside is invigorating; and it's been fun to meet other Pod clients who are all nice and encouraging. I now can't imagine my weekly schedule without a Pod session.

  • I've worked with Bianca and the Pod Fitness team for over a year now and can't recommend them enough. All the the PTs are extremely qualified and motivating, the sessions are always different (yet challenging) and the quantity of sessions/flexible booking system means that I never fall fall behind in my training. Plus - being outdoors in the park is amazing - rain or shine!

  • I joined Pod Fitness last year and it has been great. The feeling of exercising outdoor is unbeatable and all Pod Fitness trainers are great. Be prepared for a great workout! I could barely walk after my first session, but in a good way. I highly recommend it!
