A dear friend of mine recommended John and Matthew for backing my Irish mare after having many of her horses started there. I couldn't be more impressed they kept me regularly updated on how she had settled in and was going under saddle. After being there for 2 weeks she was confidently away at walk trot and canter. What an amazing service Mathew provides. He broke in my little pony a few years ago so recently I recommend him to a friend who had a pony with some serious behavioural issues. .... What a transformation this little pony has had her life turned round. I don't know how they did it, but the biting kicking and striking pony who you couldn't touch past her shoulder, has come back a sweet little mare fully broken in, and a much happier soul.
