Paul is BRILLIANT!!! Every session is different, every session is tough - and tailored to your strengths, weaknesses and wants.... he sets realistic targets and doesn’t let you give up... strength, resistance, HIT, cardio - he does it all...I feel fitter and stronger than ever.... and he’s also a genuinely lovely bloke 😉.....

I've had the pleasure of training with Paul both at Underground Gym and via one to one sessions during the initial lockdown in 2020. He's thoroughly professional and puts a lot of thought into the training he puts you through. Thanks to Paul my wife and I were able to segue back into the gym without difficulty when the lockdown was (albeit temporarily) lifted. I really enjoyed training with Paul, he was encouraging and always pushed me in the right direction. With his guidance I was feeling the best I’d felt in a long time, fitter, stronger and all round healthier. Paul is a real decent guy and so easy to talk to, I’d highly recommend.

Paul is not your average PT. He has complete faith in your ability, even when you don’t, meaning he gets the absolute most out of you even when you don’t think you can do it. Not only does he have a huge range of knowledge in the field, but because he gets to know you personally, he won’t recommend the standard stuff, he will cater it totally to you as an individual. It just so happens he’s a great laugh and fun to be around at the same time. :)
