Completely unprofessional and lack of staff...constantly canceling lessons. Turned up today for two lessons today and Gemma wasnt even there and no one was..they had cancelled the lessons and had not bothed to communicate with me to let me know. I just want decent communication as my little ones were very upset today as they couldn't ride horses today..

My daughter had a private lesson today at Plumtree, I'm really impressed with the quality of the lesson and the very gentle but responsive horse, Cloud. Gemma was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the horses and how to humanly ride instead of the usual kick me and I'll have to do what you want attitude. Everything during the lesson was explained very well and the outdoor school arena looked immaculate. I would recommend Plumtree to any enthusiastic rider without hesitation.

My two daughters have been riding here most weeks for over 18months. We have found all staff to be lovely with a high standard of instruction.Liz is the most patient and calm person and has allowed my daughters to progress at their own pace, one quickly, one rather more slowly. I have to say the horses are completely pampered, always beautifully turned out and well schooled , far from overworked. We tried 4 other schools before plumtree and wouldn't still be coming if we didn't think if was ...

There is no better place to ride then here, the lessons are never over crowded as other schools I have ridden or worked at. Gemma truly loves this place, the horses, staff and clients. When I worked here the highest standards were kept at all times. The work is hard but that’s what horses are, hard work and sweat, but Gemma made it worth it. If I hadn’t of moved away I would still be riding here. The horses have always been well groomed and loved i’d Love to visit again when I get time.

I have kept my horses here for the past 8 years and cannot find fault. I have had wonderful lessons from both instructors at Plumtree and have always felt they are knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help. The horses are all treated with care and respect, and are well presented for lessons. The staff are hard working, dedicated individuals, who want nothing more than to care for these horses to the best of their ability. I would recommend to anyone, of any age, of any ability.
