  • I’ve just come back from the beginners Olympic lifting afternoon with Holly. It was brilliant. I’m a PT myself but had not ever done any Olympic lifting before. The afternoon was really well structured and Holly explained everything so well. She broke down all the exercises into small tiny chunks to really get to grips with the technique.   • Love training with Holly and Sara at Platform. I’ve always been fairly active but never done any kind of weight training before. I started at Platform 6 months ago and get so much more from it than pounding the pavement. I’m definitely much stronger and less injury prone now.   • Platform is such a brilliant gym. Holly and Sara are experienced and caring coaches. They really know what they’re talking about and are always ready to listen and make adjustments to your training if needed. The atmosphere at Platform is welcoming, friendly and inclusive. The members who train there, as well as coaches Sara and Holly, are also what make Platform the great place that it is. I always leave feeling better than I arrived. I love it!

  • Awesome community gym where Holly supports and you with every little detail of your fitness journey. She has helped me massively with her extensive Olympic lifting knowledge taking the time to understand my weaknesses and taking a consistent approach at rectifying these.   • I've been training with Holly for over 7 years on and off and she has never failed to be encouraging, highly knowledgeable and inspiring. Her PT sessions are fun and challenging, but always at the right level and her technical expertise with lifting means you know you are in safe hands.
