  • We opened a small Pizza al Taglio Take-Away while I had to learn how to make this dough in a very short time. Francesco came to our Restaurant and helped us to develop the doughs basically from scratch - as we dont have the traditional dough, it was much more complex. Also did he support us tremendously with the new processes involved. I can definitely recommend Franceso!

  • We were so lucky to have Mr Francisco , as a consultant training for our startup business in Saudi Arabia for the Italian cuisine especially Napolitana Pizza 🍕 and Pasta . He was so creative,helpful and honorable person I believe we had such an amazing time during the course period ,of course it won't be the last .
