  • Thank you to Caroline at Pippins Cookery School for a really interesting and enjoyable Italian cookery class. We made impressive focaccia loaves, tagliatelle pasta and tasty green pesto - and fruit and nut biscotti to finish off! Would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to develop their cookery skills and knowledge.

She is an excellent chef herself. The kitchen was pristine pre our arrival and carnage by the time we left armed with our goodies! Highly recommended & we are likely to return.

We went for one of my daughters birthday treats but I wouldn't wait for an excuse to go again! Many thanks to Caroline for a great experience.

  • A great afternoon with Caroline on the bread making course. It was fun with a small group of friends (of mixed abilities!) and we produced some superb breads, with Caroline’s helpful and informative support. Very relaxed atmosphere in a lovely setting. Would thoroughly recommend.

Caroline made it seem super easy but also equipped me with the skills to continue at home. The afternoon was great fun and also very inspiring - I'm excited to try all the flavour combinations when we get over this heat wave! Al...
