  • Absolutely fantastic yoga and Pilates teacher. Been going to Rebecca for around 6 years and she is amazing. Started off with one to one lesson to help with my swimming and now I enjoy a range of Rebecca's classes. Would not go anywhere else. She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed . It is a great atmosphere, and a real pleasure to attend the classes.

  • I have been going to Rebecca's gentle Pilates classes in Staveley for around six months now. I find the sessions extremely helpful for my back and stretching out my tight muscles. My core strength is improving gradually. She is excellent at demonstrating and talking the class through all the moves; so much so I can actually feel my body completing each stage as she talks.
