  • Karl's knowledge is fantastic and he has really done his research. The routines that were set out gave me the routine and structure I need to lose weight, and turn fat into muscle. After 12 weeks I am already seeing a change in my muscle tone. Karl is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and will make you feel at ease straight away. I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to shift a few pounds or gain muscle.

  • Karl has been a great trainer so far. He really understood where I was at with my health and fitness and has clearly explained what I need to do to achieve my goals. He’s great in the sessions I have with him and shows me how to use the equipment and best practices when using it. He also sets me up for the week ahead when I workout on my own. I’ve been feeling really good about my progress and that’s all down to Karl

  • Karl at Pick It Up training has been really great, especially with developing a program specific for my needs and work )I have an old ankle injury, resulting in an imbalance in my legs). He keeps it quite relaxed with good humour, but focused enough to keep me motivated.

  • Karl has been nothing short of fantastic. Ridiculously supportive, very knowledgeable and genuinely a really nice person. Couldn’t ask for anything more from a PT. He’s absolutely changed my life when it comes to exercise and eating better and I’m already seeing results 2 weeks in - can’t wait to see my progress at the end of the 12 week programme!
