John and Zoe made moving our piano look easy! They were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend them.

We asked this company to move a piano and whether they would be working in present times. They said yes, no problem as long as we adhered to social distancing. I cleared the whole area, ready for the grand piano to be picked up, without anythign eneding to be touched, arranged my day around the agreed time, nobody came. No good service, when they deliverd the piano did not help tuning and she told customer have 2 year warranty but when I call and leave message she never reply me! Only took money and after you have trouble about piano , no one help you ,so I hope everyone must be careful, I hope every one must to go perfection piano shop, when you ask about piano knowledge I think they can give explanation but in here that women can not understand and can not give you answers! Purchased of Ebay and couldn’t be happier with the communication and description given before we committed to purchase as we couldn’t visit in person. Delivery was prompt and they arrived at the exact time they said they would (so rare these days!). So chuffed with the communication, service and our new Bentley Piano.
