  • Adam is a great trainer and coach. He is knowledgeable, supportive and thoughtful to your needs and the goals you want to reach through training. Having never worked with a personal trainer before, I was apprehensive about not knowing how to use certain equipment and slightly intimidated by the gym environment.   • If you want a proper work out Adam at Physique Solutions is the best place to go. I started after a friend suggested I needed to get my fitness back up after an running injury. I was amazed by Adams understanding of everything from why we do certain exercises in a specific order to nutrition and health.   • I've been training with PT Adam for 5 hours a week for the past 2 months, to build muscle and fitness levels. I'm seriously happy with the progress I've made. Adam is a great motivator and very knowledgable. I'm thoroughly enjoying the gym sessions and meal plans he's set out for me. I couldn't be happier with my decision to start training with Adam.
