  • Pete is very personable and has been brilliant in working with both myself and my husband simultaneously, whilst meeting our individual fitness goals. He is very knowledgeable and we have gained strength and confidence through our workouts.

  • I first started going to see Pete at Phys Training back in March this year. After having 2 babies close together and during lockdowns I hadn’t had much luck losing the baby weight I had put on.   • I broke my leg in 2 places last year (March 2021) whilst walking the dog! New to PT, I was recommended to Pete to help me build back strength. He put together a programme which has made a huge difference to my stability and confidence. Not wishing to give Pete an easier life (!), he has now temporarily but radically adapted my sessions to allow for my recent major op. He listens, he's genuine, he's very effective.

  • Pete is always providing great fitness tips for me and his short online videos help me understand the way the body works and the best ways to reach my fitness goals. His studio is a great place to work out and you can tell a lot of thought and care goes in to keeping it clean and practical. Would highly recommend to anyone at any stage in their fitness journey.
