  • I had a 1-to-1 lesson with Gary, and it was brilliant. He answered all my questions, made everything really understandable and easy to grasp. It was straightforward and so much fun! I loved it, and I completely and utterly recommend Photography Course London, and Gary! I will be coming back to attend more courses, for sure!

  • I had a great time at the Digital Photography Crash Course. As a complete beginner, I went in with basically no prior knowledge about my camera, but left feeling much more confident in my grasp of the basics, such as shutter speed, aperture and ISO. Our teacher Mikael was clear, concise and extremely helpful and patient. I would very much recommend this class to other beginners wanting to get a basic grounding in how to start using and enjoying their camera!

We then got an introduction to some lights both analog and digital as well as stands, backdrops and modifiers. Finally we got to experience a test shoot with a model and take photos ourselves using several different lighting setups. I would personally recommend...

This, however, was in no way overwhelming in the way he taught the course, Mikael tailored the course to my level of understanding and knowledg...

  • Having never picked up a camera since the 80's, I felt really nervous about attending the beginner class due to my complete lack of knowledge. The class size was small, just 5 pupils including myself and the teacher was very patient and very good at explaining the different functions and uses. We got the opportunity to visit the local area to practice and I'm quietly impressed with the photo's I took. I'm looking forward to signing up to the next level too.
