Trained at Phoenix MMA since 2011, had a break for a couple of years and came back recently - it’s quite simply a wonderful place to train. Jimmy and his team are excellent at what they do, the people who train here are super friendly - I can’t recommend Phoenix MMA enough! An amazing gym that has everything to offer at very reasonable rates, great trainers and a warm friendly atmosphere. Clean and tidy, has shower facilities, weights area, boxing ring abs lots more. Best gym in Bournemouth by far !
