Excellent interactive First Aid at Work course. I left feeling much more confident about managing a situation at work, home or when out. really well presented and organised.

3 years after doing the initial course, seems to have flown past and it was time for the renewal course. Teresa's communication before and after the course was excellent and I was still impressed by the way the course was structured and taught and very importantly Teresa and Stuart paid very close attention to the latest covid measures including teaching the updates regarding first aid and covid. I once again feel more confident in my first aid skills.

We are a hotel in Ipswich and wanted a local business to provide a professional first aid course for our staff at a fair, affordable price. We found them and enquired, amazing fast responses to emails and arranged a course where they came to us to provide the course. Course was fun, professional and very interactive! Stuart and Teresa both have solid experience and know exactly what they are talking about. We will certainly be using them for any new recruits we take on. 5*

I have recently taken my emergency first aid at work and my aed refresher in a matter of a few weeks and cannot recommend Teresa and Stuart enough!! Their style of teaching is brilliant and they compliment each other incredibly well!! They answer all questions thoroughly and will not move on until everyone is comfortable. They explained all the new covid rules well and are incredibly supportive especially when sharing stories! You will not be disappointed taking a course with this team !

I did my first aid course with Phoenix Emergency Medical Solutions, Teresa was great and very prompt in answering my emails. The course was very interesting and I came away from the course feeling I had learnt alot and much more confident and even though I did initially feel nervous doing a first aid course, Teresa and Stuart were very professional with a relaxed manner that made me feel at ease. Will definitely use them again to do a refresher course.
